Founder, In My Kingdom®
Trauma-Informed Performance Practitioner | Athlete Mental Performance and Recovery |
Pheonix is the founder of In My Kingdom®, a trauma-informed performance and leadership platform built for people shaped by adversity.
With a background spanning youth work, therapeutic crisis response, sport, mental toughness and behaviour change, she works with athletes, carers, young people and organisations navigating pressure, identity and complex challenges.
Her work sits at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, spirituality and strategy. Through In My Kingdom®, she develops practical tools and programs that help people regulate under pressure, build resilience, strengthen identity and perform with clarity.
Pheonix has worked with high-risk young people, carers, government departments and athletes, including those in out-of-home care, foster care and environments marked by trauma and instability. She is particularly passionate about supporting people who often do not fit neatly into existing systems.
